1. All short listed teams will be provided accommodation. 2. Two way railway fare (sleeper class) from your institute to Chennai (shortest route) will be reimbursed for the short listed participants upon producing a copy of the tickets. 3. In case participants choose to travel by any other means, reimbursement will be to the extent of actual expense or sleeper class fare, whichever is lower. 4. Coupons will be provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the two days of the event at the IFMR campus for the short listed participants. 5. Students should produce their institute I D cards at the time of registrations and whenever requested by the organisation committee during the two days of the fest. 6. Expenses of stay beyond the two days of the fest will have to be borne by students |
