Abhay is a recent graduate from Bucknell University where he completed a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an Interdepartmental BA in Sustainable International Development. In the past, he has interned with Goldman Sachs as an operational analyst. He has also worked as an engineering consultant for the Small Business Development Center in Pennsylvania to foster local innovation with new product design and process re-engineering. Abhay founded Bicycles Against Poverty (BAP), a microfinance organisation that promotes community and economic development in post-civil war Northern Uganda. He joined CMF in August 2009 as a Research Associate.
