Hannah graduated from Northwestern University in 2009 with a bachelors degree in Economics and Environmental Science. Before joining CMF in June 2010, she worked as a research assistant at the Economic Growth Center at Yale University. Hannah's academic research interests include agricultural and environmental economics. For her senior thesis at Northwestern, she examined how property rights affect land-use decisions in rural Thailand. She is currently working as a Research Associate on a futures prices study in Gujarat.
