Sitaram completed his Post-Graduate Degree in Social Work and Human Resource Management from the Udaipur School of Social Work, Rajasthan in 2002. He has extensive experience in the field of microfinance. At CMF, he is currently working on a study led by Professors Rohini Pande of Yale and Erika Field of Harvard University on flexible repayment schedules in West Bengal. He joined CMF in April 2007.
