Sushmita received a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining CMF, she worked with the Office of External Relations of CHF International, a U.S.-based development agency that implements a range of programming from post-disaster reconstruction to development finance. Sushmita joined CMF as a TIP F/D intern, during which time she participated in a pilot study to understand variation in self-help group linkages and performance in Tamil Nadu and Gujarat. She works with the Knowledge Management Unit.
