Ujjawal holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics from Patna University and a Post Graduate Diploma (with a specialization in development management) from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal. As a part of his internship at IIFM, he designed an urban microfinance program for a microfinance institution in Puducherry. He worked for a microfinance institution in Rewa before joining CMF in April, 2010. Ujjawal is currently working on a micropensions study with Mann Deshi Mahila Sahakari Bank in Maharashtra.
