Will graduated from Pomona College with majors in Economics and International Relations. Prior to joining the Centre for Micro Finance, he worked as a research associate at Harvard Business School on a range of topics related to microfinance. He has also researched global trade policy as a Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and worked in foreign exchange operations at Deutsche Bank. He is currently working on the futures prices and weather insurance projects in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
