Held senior management positions in Ballarpur Industries (BILT) of the Thapar Group and JK Industries (JK Organization) - totally more than 15 years.

Executed key corporate consultancy assignments. Designed and conducted training programs for leading organizations in India such as ABB, Ashok Leyland, BHEL, BILT, HLL, MICO, and Wipro. Contributed research articles to reputed journals that comprise four articles hosted in Hyperstat (an online site of Rice University) under the auspices of Professor David Lane. Developed a number of course units for the MBA program of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in Research Methodology, Marketing Research and Operations Research.
