Experience: MBA with 10+ years of experience
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching IFMR as ‘The Institute’ for catering to LEARNING and CONSULTING needs.
- Supporting in developing contents for promotional activities.
- Socially adept and excellent time management
- Good with numbers
- Strong communication and IT fluency
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and organization
- Proven track record of increasing Sales and identifying new channels.
- Understanding of ‘Academic Institution, products and importance of Sales from that perspective.
- Good contacts in Learning and Development/ Department heads/ decision makers in sectors, particularly BFSI.
- Preference for candidates from Academic Institutions/ BFSI Sector/ IT/ Analytics Sector or a blend of any of these sectors.
