Prof Amar Saxena is a MBA from IIFM, Bhopal and a Fellow from IIM Ahmedabad. Amar is a senior analytics professional having a strong, multi-faceted experience. He has consulted and worked with leading banks and financial institutions – partnering in designing effective analytic solutions. He possesses a blend of strong technical skills with excellent leadership abilities. He is a hands-on leader, leading important and critical projects and providing an analytical edge to the larger team. He was earlier Head, Global Accounts Analytics at TCS eServe.

Prof Amar has proven experience in setting up strong offshore analytic teams – completely integrated with host organizations.  He has strong experience across the entire spectrum of functions viz. developing new business, creating new capabilities for showcasing to clients, designing efficient analytic solutions, transitioning & redesigning processes and managing strong delivery teams. These teams have been across all the analytic functions – from Risk Management, Customer & Marketing Analytics, Fraud Analytics.

He carries around 20 years of experience from Industry which includes ADP India, RBS Business Services, Tata Consultancy Services, Reliance Retail, HSBC Analytics, GE Capital International Services and Market Research Industry.

He has taught courses on Market Research, Data Analysis Techniques, Consumer Behaviour, Introduction to Statistics and Agricultural Input Marketing at institutes like IIM-A, Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, IMT-Gazhiabad, M.S Ramaiah Institute of Management at Bengaluru and taught MDP Programs at Welingkar on Big Data, Business Analytics and Customer Centricity.
