Sathya, Got rich experience of 17 years, which includes almost a decade in industry and as an Academician for the past 7 years. Sathya, completed his graduation in Vivekananda College, followed by PGDBM at our own IFMR. He is in the verge of completing his PhD thesis and expected to submit by Jan 2018 with SCSVMV University, Kanchipuram. Being an Alumni of IFMR, Sathya joined banking industry and got experience in Sales and Marketing, having held positions like Area Sales Head & Area Manager with big banners like ICICI and HDFC Bank. Joined Great Lakes Institute of Mgmt in the year 2010 as Lecturer - Marketing and gathered experience in teaching, following that he was working for ITM Business School, Chennai as Professor of Marketing for more than 3 years. He has written various articles in international journals recognised by ISBN/ISSN in the last few years and to name a few “Lessons from Annachis of TamilNadu”, IIM Ranchi, International Conference 2012, “Return on Search and buying behaviour of the Business Students”, ICMBE 2014 International Conference, “Factors influencing Online Information Search among Doctors with special reference to Medical Equipments”, International Journal of Sales & Marketing Management Research and Development,2017. He was associated with couple of start up companies and an Ayurveda hospital as marketing consultant.

R.S.Sathya Saminadan was awarded the ‘Award of Excellence’ by International Multidisciplinary Research Foundation in May 2016 for the contribution towards the field of Marketing.
